The loft has all amenitiesand its fully equiped so tha tyou can feel like home,from high quality beds and matresses,fine wood furniture and floor,tables and sofas,security door,great light,two air conditioning units on a totaly rebuilt and refurbished space.Studio is cleaned and bed linen changed on the forth day, when you stay a week with us, or on request (25,00 euro fee applied).

Penthouse Inn Bolhão is a 7th floor (roof top) fully equiped apartment for 2 persons located at 200 meters from the iconic downtown market in Porto city center.
The booking fee is fully refunded if a cancellation is requested up to 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations made less than 60 days of arrival:
The moment we have a cancellation request (for any reason), we immediately free the studio and if we receive another reservation for the same dates and room, we fully refund the booking fee (35% of total) already paid by you.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival-100% of reservation value.
No show - 100% of reservation value
Early departure - 100% of reservation value
On reservation we require 35% of total -bookinfg fee; paypal ,credit card or bank transfer is accepted.Balance is paid in cash on arrival.
Rate shows is the total cost for the stay, our prices include all state and city taxes.
Normal check in time is up to 16:00:00 h and the check-Out hour is not later than 12:00:00 h
Max appartment capacity is 2 pax or 2 pax and a baby (up to 2 years of age); we offer a baby cot at no charge.
From the Airport, take the surface metro line violet to Trindade station. Exit the station west, Southwest and you are at Rua de Camões, walk left and continue walk in Rua Alferes Malheiro; take a right at Rua do Bonjardim and left at Rua Fernandes Tomás,then another left at Rua do Bolhão
look for number 99 on the left side- you have arrived! ( total walk distance is short of 600 meters).

We wish you a pleasant stay and hope that you feel comfortable like at your own house. Hope you get the friendly and welcoming touch of local city people.
If you can, visit Douro region ( there are many day boat trips up river ), also villages like Guimarães ( the birthplace of Portugal) , Braga and Viana do Castelo to say the least.
Not far from Porto you have natural park “ Peneda Gerês” if nature is your thing.
